Software Solutions Division
The Software Solutions Division within RISA is tasked with developing software solutions to support the implementation of various e-government services and other ICT projects in Rwanda.
The division is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining software systems and applications that support various government agencies and other organizations in Rwanda. This includes developing custom software solutions to meet specific needs and requirements, as well as implementing off-the-shelf software systems and applications.
The Software Solutions Division works closely with other divisions within RISA, as well as with various government agencies and private sector organizations, to identify software needs and develop solutions to meet those needs. The division also supports the development of local ICT talent through various programs, including training programs for software developers and entrepreneurs.
Overall, the Software Solutions Division within RISA plays a critical role in supporting the development and implementation of various e-government services and other ICT projects in Rwanda. The division's efforts are helping to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of government services, while also promoting the growth of the ICT sector in the country.

1. Maintain and upgrade central IT Systems (DTWMS, GBIS, GSB and GWAS)

6. Develop ,upgrade and maintain GoR websites.
7. Cloud Services Development: Advise institutions on cloud services adoption, and setting up private utilization.
