Innocent BAGAMBA MUHIZI is a senior technology and business executive with more than fifteen years of industry experience in the public and private sector. He was appointed in April 2017 as the first CEO for Rwanda Information Society Authority (RISA) a position he still holds to date.

Prior to that, Innocent served as the regional CIO for AccessHolding, including leading the digital transformation for three banks across Africa. He has also led digital transformation works in the rest of the telecom and banking sector in Rwanda, including deploying the first e-tax services in partnership with the Rwanda Revenue Authority.

Josephine NYIRANZEYIMANA is the Government Chief Information Officer at Rwanda Information Society Authority. She worked as Principal Senior Technologist in charge of Private Sector Development and Ag. Director General of ICT at former Ministry of youth and ICT. She was also an Education Support Manager at Intel Corporation.

Antoine SEBERA is the Government Chief Innovation Officer at Rwanda Information Society Authority. Over 17 years’ experience in various sectors of Information and Communication Technologies in Government, Private Sector and Academia. Mr. Antoine Sebera has worked in different senior positions including technology leadership, consulting, project management and business leadership in Rwanda and South-Korea. He has played different leadership roles in multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural teams with diverse background and different level of skills.

Jane BATETA is the Chief Financial Officer at Rwanda Information Society Authority. Before joining RISA, she worked as the Director of Administration and Finance at The Public Service Commission.
